To navigate to the Jacquard Reporting Platform, click on Reports in the upper navigation bar and then click Dashboard. You’ll then land on the Account Overview dashboard.

The Account Overview gives a high-level picture of performance across your entire account. It includes:
Optimisation results
Cumulative and monthly engagement metrics
Touchpoints
Overall activity metrics
Channel breakdown
Using filters to adjust displayed data
Each module’s data is filterable and is controlled by the dropdowns beneath the Account Overview headline in the upper portion of the dashboard.
You can filter your data by Project name, Campaign name, Date, or Campaign type. Simply click on the dropdown you wish to use and adjust the fields or tick the boxes in each before clicking Add filter or Update filter.

The uppermost module of the Account Overview is the Optimisation results module. It contains a table showing key KPIs broken down by distribution channel and tracked metrics. Each row represents a metric tracked across all relevant campaigns for that channel. The Engagement rate column reflects the appropriate rate for each metric (click rate for a clicks metric, open rate for an open metric, etc.).

Exporting data
You can use the meatballs menu ( ••• ) in the corner of any module to export the results into a CSV, XLSX, or JSON file.

Selecting metrics in graphs
The legend on the graphs in the Account Overview are clickable. Clicking on any item in the legend will toggle the associated data points on the graph on and off.
For example, if we click on num_opens in the legend of the graph below, we’ll get a better view of the other metrics.

With num_opens toggled off, the Y axis adjusts and the remaining metrics expand to fill the graph.
