How to send your Jacquard Audience Optimisation language variants for approval

Sending for approval

A prerequisite for external approvals is to have created one or more approval teams and have external approvals enabled for your project. Your Jacquard Customer Success representative will be able to help you with this.

Once a project is enabled for external approvals, you’ll now have an option to send an automated email to one or more teams during the language approval step.

When you click Send for approval, a popup allowing you to select the team(s) to send the approval email to will appear.

This will trigger an automated email from Jacquard, containing the campaign and language variants requiring approval:
