Moving an Experiment

You can move experiments between projects that have the same settings

Updated over a week ago

You may want to move an experiment from one project to another to help keep your account and insights organised.

It's easy to move experiments from one project to another, as long as both projects share the same settings. If you're trying to move your experiment to a project that is set up differently than the original project (e.g. moving an email experiment to a push project), please raise a support ticket.

Start by navigating to the experiments list by clicking All Experiments in the navigation menu on the left.

In the navigation bar on the left, hover over the filters area and scroll down to locate the Projects heading.

Then, locate and click on the name of the project containing the experiment you wish to move and locate the experiment.

Click the Edit button at the top of the experiment list.

Then, check the box next to the experiment(s) you want to move.

If you don't see your experiment(s) or the list is too long to scroll through, simply start typing the experiment name in the Search bar.

You'll then see three options appear in the main window. Click on Move Project.

Jacquard will then display a list of eligible projects for you to select.

Click on the name of the project where you wish to move the experiment and then click Go for it, move them.

Can I undo moving my experiment?

To reverse the move, simply follow these same instructions to move the experiment back to the original project.
