Deleting an Experiment

Nobody likes a cluttered platform

Updated over a week ago

Did you create an experiment you didn't end up needing? In that case, it's important to know how to delete an experiment to keep your platform tidy.

Start by navigating to the experiments list by clicking Experiments in the navigation menu on the left.

In the experiment list, locate the experiment you wish to delete. By default, the list displays all experiments. You can locate your experiment by using the Filters on the left or by typing the experiment name in the Search bar.

Once you can see your experiment in the list, click the Edit button.

Then, check the box next to the experiment(s) you want to delete.

In the main window to the right, you'll notice three options have appeared. Click on the Delete option.

Jacquard will ask you to confirm to be super duper sure. If you're sure you're sure, click Yep, delete them.

Can I recover a deleted experiment?

Life's not fair, but Jacquard should be. If you've made a mistake and you need to restore your experiment, contact your Jacquard Customer Success Manager or use the in-app support chat button in the bottom-right corner of your screen. We'll bring your experiment back for you.
