Finding your User, Experiment, Project, and Account IDs

They all live in the same place

Updated over a week ago

For a number of different Jacquard processes, including troubleshooting and certain integrations, you'll need to provide your Jacquard experiment ID, project ID, user ID, or account ID.

It's easy to look up any of those in the Experiment Details panel.

Simply go into the Jacquard experiment whose information you want to look up and click on the Open panel arrow button found in the upper-right corner.

You'll have to at least have gotten to the Language Generation step in the experiment creation process for this button to appear.

Once you expand the panel, you'll find all kinds of important information, including the experiment ID, project ID, and account ID. You can also find the user ID of the person who created the experiment.

There's even a handy copy button right by the Experiment info headline for your convenience.

It's best to use the copy button when providing your experiment information to support for troubleshooting assistance to ensure everything is copied accurately.
