Once your Contextual Messaging campaign is live, ongoing approval of new language is essential for continued optimisation

Once a campaign is active, our contextualisation engine continuously analyses the context behind each API request from your customer engagement platform (CEP).

How contextualised messages work

Whenever a new set of variables becomes relevant for contextualisation, the system automatically generates 10 new contextualised messages. A Review section will then appear in your workflow, to allow you to review the freshly generated contextualised language.

Each set of 10 messages is tailored to a very specific context, combining product and customer profile data to generate highly targeted content.

These variations give users multiple options to choose from, ensuring flexibility and alignment with campaign goals.

Reviewing and approving variants

Just like with any Jacquard product, you have full control over the contextualised messages and must review and approve them before they will appear in a live deployment.

You can edit, reject or approve recommended variants.

  • Edit: Individual messages can be modified to better fit campaign needs using the Request a change button to the right of each variant.

  • Reject: You can outright reject any variants that do not align with your expectations. Simply click on the meatballs menu to the right of the variant and then click Delete.

  • Approve: Once you're satisfied with the variants shown, click the Approve all button in the lower-right corner.

Once approved, Jacquard will push the variants live and they'll become available for future requests that contextually match.

This approval process ensures every contextualised message is high-quality, brand-safe and relevant before being deployed. It is critical to the continued optimisation and performance of contextualised language that the campaign owner diligently reviews and approves new variants on a regular basis.
