Whether you're deploying an email, push or SMS messages, Jacquard requires engagement data shared via a system webhook to optimise properly. You only need to setup one webhook for all the different events.
Create a webhook
Hover over Integrations and click on System webhooks.

Click the green Create Webhook button on the right side of your screen. Paste the following in the Endpoint URL box as shown below and then click Create.

Change the Status to Enabled.

You'll need to tick the boxes indicated below for the channel(s) you're going to be optimising with Jacquard:
