Duplicate workflows
Users can now duplicate complete workflows directly from the Content Library. This makes it much easier to reuse existing campaign setups without starting from scratch. This is in addition to the recent improvement allowing users to duplicate elements within a workflow.
Users can duplicate workflows in any status, including previously completed or currently live campaigns. The new duplicate workflow will always revert any content to a pre-approved state from which to progress.
The Duplicate option is available from the kebab menu (â‹®) in the Content Library:

When duplicating, users can choose whether to include just their briefing setup or also the content:
Brief and templates only - Creates a clean copy ready for new content generation
Including generated content - Carries across the existing variants, which arrive in an unapproved state so they can be reviewed and amended before use
Users also have the option to review and update the human control line as well as setting the new send date. For Contextual Messaging campaigns, only the brief and templates are copied (no generated content option).
The duplicated workflow is fully functional immediately—users can navigate straight to it, approve variants, set launch info, and work with it just like any other campaign.
Note for legacy campaigns
It’s not possible to duplicate legacy campaigns migrated into the Content Library as part of the move to Language2.
Pinned workflows in the Content Library
Users can now pin up to seven campaigns in the Content Library, keeping their most important or frequently used workflows surfaced at the top for quick access. Pinned workflows appear in a dedicated group above the main list, and each group can be independently collapsed or expanded to manage screen space.
Pinned workflows are personal to a user, so users can custom tailor their Content Library experience to suit their needs. Users can add any workflow in the Content Library to the pinned list, up to the maximum of seven items. The existing search and filters apply across both groups simultaneously.
There are several helpful use cases for this, particularly when used alongside the new duplicate workflow feature:
In large accounts with greater volumes of workflows, this provides a useful always-on shortlist to keep tabs on important work.
Pin workflows that you want to use as a template for duplication. Get the brief well defined once, and then easily reuse that setup for new workflows.

Workflows with new language sort to the top of the Content Library
We’ve made changes to the Content Library to immediately surface workflows where there’s new language awaiting approval. These will now always appear at the top of the Content Library, making it easier to make sure new language awaiting approval gets introduced and tested as soon as possible. This restores a behaviour present in an earlier version of the platform but had to be deprecated for performance reasons at the time.
