AJO - Uploading Results from a Campaign Experiment

How to upload results into Jacquard from an experiment deployed with AJO's Campaign feature

Updated over 5 months ago

To give Jacquard the full picture and most mature data for its model, please wait at least 72 hours after the launch to collate the results. Whilst this time is passing, read through this guide to refresh your memory on how to upload these results into Jacquard.

First in Jacquard, navigate to the experiment and select the Input results option from the panel on the right.

Change the method from Copy and paste from Excel to Upload a .CSV file.

Then, click Download to get the blank template file.

Column I of the template file contains the variant text. Use this to match the results to the correct row of the spreadsheet.

In AJO, open Campaign and navigate to the Reports section.

Select the Experimentation dashboard on the left hand menu and scroll down to the Experiment results module.

If it's easier, press Download csv file button in the top-right corner of the module shown below.

For each treatment, enter the profiles into Column L of the template file and, depending on the success metric used, the unique opens into Column M or the unique clicks into Column O for the relevant variant row.

Navigate back into Jacquard to upload your CSV in the wizard where you downloaded the blank spreadsheet initially.
