Setting up triggers in Bloomreach in three easy steps

Initial setup on the triggered message integration for Bloomreach is identical to the broadcast message integration setup. So, if you've already set up your Bloomreach project to work with Jacquard broadcast messages, you can skip ahead to triggered message experiment Scenario setup.

If you haven't set up a Jacquard email integration with Bloomreach, no worries. We included some handy links to our setup articles to walk you through the process:

  1. Begin by requesting a token from your Jacquard Customer Success representative if you don't already have one and setting up your HTTP Authentication Schemas and Webhook preset in your Bloomreach project.

  2. Next, add Jacquard's custom campaign tracking to your Bloomreach project.

  3. If you'll be leveraging click tracking for your Jacquard experiments, set up a click tracking webhook and scenario.

Once you've set up those components, you're ready to learn about how to configure a Bloomreach Scenario for a Jacquard triggered message experiment.
