Start by importing the template package into your Adobe instance. The workflow template will import into Resources / Templates / Workflow Templates and is called Phrasee-Results-technical-workflow.

Once you have the template imported you can create a technical workflow for each campaign workflow conducting a triggered message experiment. Start by navigating to Administration / Production / Technical workflows and selecting add a new workflow. Select the template Phrasee-Results-technical-workflow and append the Jacquard experiment ID to identify the which results are being tracked. Click the Save button and your new workflow is created.

Next, edit the workflow to include the workflow ID of your campaign by opening the JavaScript activity and entering it for the variable provided.

To get the workflow ID, go to the workflow Journal tab and add the Primary key to the output columns using the hamburger menu.

Once this is done, you can see the ID in the column. Don't use the commas when entering the ID.

Next, adjust the scheduler according to the settings advised by Jacquard. Once you have done this, start the workflow.
