In order to use Jacquard's Epsilon integration, Jacquard will require the set up of an API user account within your Epsilon instance. This will be managed by your Jacquard Customer Success representative in coordination with your Epsilon Account Manager.

This process could take up to two weeks to finalise. No actions are needed on your side and Jacquard will communicate once the integration is ready to go.
