Requirements for getting started with Jacquard's triggered message experiments with Dynamic Optimisation in Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Our triggered message Dynamic Optimisation technology is designed to fit seamlessly into your Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) journeys or automations. Follow the steps below, and you’ll be ready for ongoing optimisation:

  1. Make sure you've discussed personalisation tags with your Solutions Architect and have read up on how to use them correctly with Jacquard.

  2. Log in to Jacquard and create an experiment in your triggered messages project.

  3. When your subject lines are ready for review, you'll receive an email. Make sure you add awesome@jacquard.com to your safe senders list.

  4. Once you've approved your batch of subject lines, connect with your Customer Success representative to define your experiment testing parameters, including how often Jacquard will sync with SFMC to update your proportions and how long you plan to run your test. You'll also need to provide your Customer Success representative with your MID (sometimes referred to as business unit ID or account ID) and stack number.

  5. After your Customer Success representative has confirmed everything is good to go, return to SFMC and prepare your email for Dynamic Optimisation.
