Requirements for getting started with Adobe Campaign

Updated over a week ago

Triggered message experiments are designed to work well with Adobe. The goal is to make the process as simple and automated as possible. Once you get everything set up, you can launch and let Jacquard analyse and optimise.

In order to start using the triggered messages workflow the following steps are needed:

  1. Request a package of the workflow from Jacquard.

  2. Request a Jacquard Connect Server access token for your Jacquard account.

  3. Add Jacquard (https://connect.phrasee.co) to your Adobe Server (serverconf.xml) as an authorised address.

This can be done here by your administrator here: https://experience.adobe.com/#/controlpanel

Or you can create a support request.

  4. Include the Jacquard HTML code snippets into your email templates for use on any triggered message experiments. The html to include can be found here.

  5. Create a List folder to store all your Jacquard trigger experiment deployment lists.

  6. Navigate to Properties > Advanced Parameters and note the Primary Key:

  7. Import Results workflow package.

Add the Jacquard token (from step 2) and the FolderId (from step 5) to the Jacquard Results JavaScript activity:

Now, start the workflow on a daily schedule.

Once you have the above in place, your Adobe administrators can configure the workflow to be used on batched trigger campaigns. From there, you’ll have a much more robust and reactive system in place.
