Set up a custom, recurring campaign metrics report

Create a custom report

First, create a custom report in your Insights Interactive Dashboard with the following fields included:

  • Campaign

  • Campaigns with MVT

  • Test Start Date

  • Version Description

  • Winner Flag

  • Delivered

  • Unique Opens

  • Unique Open Rate

  • Unique Clicks

  • Unique Click-Through Rate

  • Unsubscribes

  • Unsubscribe Rate

Please note the inclusion of Unique opens and Unique clicks as opposed to Responsys' regular Opens and Clicks.

Add the following filters to your report:

  • Interval is equal to / is in 7 days

  • Sent Date Range is equal to / is in Today: Last 14 Days

It should look something like the below when you're done:

Once you have the above report configured, you can create an Agent to export the results.

Set up a recurring report export

1. Click New and then Agent.

2. Set up how often and when you would like it to export the report. We can provide guidance on the best time to send it.

3. Add a subject line for the report in Subject. This should be something descriptive that includes your company name like <Company Name> Jacquard MVT Report. Click Browse to choose the report to export and add description of what report includes in the Attachment Note.

4. Add the Jacquard email address you've been provided to the email recipients.

5. Choose delivery devices as shown below.

6. Save the Agent.
