Setting up the Jacquard integration on your Salesforce Marketing Cloud account

  1. Read the How it works article.

  2. Get the Salesforce AppExchange installation link for the Jacquard Web App from your Jacquard Solutions Architect.

    1. Don't try to install the app by searching in the AppExchange.

    2. Once installed, you'll need to enable the installed package for the appropriate users and business units.

    3. You may need to log out and log back in for the app to appear in the AppExchange app switcher dropdown.

  3. Create a Server-to-Server App. Work with your Solutions Architect to share the credentials in a secure manner.

  4. Make sure you've discussed personalisation tags with your Solutions Architect and read up on how to configure them with Jacquard.

  5. Log in to Jacquard using the Jacquard App from the AppExchange menu in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and schedule your experiment.
