Cancelling needs to happen directly in Acoustic due to API limitations

Cancelling Acoustic Campaign experiments

Should there be any errors in the scheduling of the emails “pushed” from Jacquard to Acoustic Campaign, or if you selected the wrong date or time for delivery, you should follow the steps below to cancel all your scheduled emails:

  1. Log in to your Acoustic Campaign account and unscheduled all the emails Jacquard created from the “Content” – “Scheduled” folder.

  2. Please note: Make sure that you have selected “Show everyone’s.”

  3. If there was an error, please contact Jacquard Support.

  4. If any of the scheduling settings were incorrect, click on “Edit and resubmit.” This will take you back to the scheduling, allow you to make changes and push the experiment to Acoustic Campaign again. This restarts the workflow as described above in scheduling.

You will still need to delete the previously incorrectly scheduled campaigns manually in Acoustic. Jacquard cannot reschedule or delete scheduled experiments in Acoustic.
