Iterable - Mobile Push, SMS, & Web Push - Webhook Setup

Now that you've set up your data feed, you're ready to create a system webhook to share engagement data with Jacquard.

Whether you're deploying push or SMS messages, Jacquard requires engagement data shared via a system webhook to optimise properly.

Hover over Integrations and click on System webhooks.

Click the green Create Webhook button on the right side of your screen.

Paste the following in the Endpoint URL box as shown below and then click Create.

Change the Status to Enabled.

You'll need to tick the boxes indicated below for the channel(s) you're going to be optimising with Jacquard:

Then, scroll down and click Save Webhook.

With your data feed and webhook in place, you're ready to prepare a message for use with Jacquard.
